Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation (MALR)

in cooperation with

International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)

MALR intends to hire:

1- Procurement Manager (PM)

Qualifications:

1) BSc. in Economics, Business Administration, or any related field

2) Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience with government/donor programmes or large institutions with at least 3 years in a management position

3) Experience in domains linked to procurement, finance, and/or administration

4) Knowledge and experience in performance- based contract monitoring, output- based work planning, budgeting and reporting

5) Excellent command in Arabic and English language, both oral and written.

2- Monitoring & Evaluation and Knowledge Management Manager (MKM)

Qualifications:

1) BSC. In Agriculture, business administration, economics, or any related field

2) Minimum eight years of work experience with respect of knowledge management, planning, and M&E with donor programmes or large institutions

3) Ability to set up and follow through on a monitoring system in a complex environment, and capacity to design and carry out relevant field level verification with data validation tools

4) Experience in performance-based contract monitoring, output-based work planning, analytical skills, budgeting and reporting

5) Excellent command in Arabic and English language, both oral and written.
